Complaints

We assist teacher and principals to respond to complaints about competency or conduct lodged with the Council, and with Disciplinary Tribunal hearings.

• We can help you draft a response to the Complaints Assessment Committee (CAC);
• We can represent you in the Disciplinary Tribunal if the matter goes further.
• If employment issues are also involved, we can work with your own lawyer or connect you an employment lawyer near you.

Mandatory Reporting

We can advise principals and boards on mandatory reporting to the Teaching Council.

Registration

We also advise teachers or trainee teachers who have problems with registration.
